1. Purposes for processing your personal data
We process personal data submitted through this website for the following purposes:
Responding to enquiries
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and question are used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. This website does not store this data on any server — the form opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, so the information travels directly from your device to our inbox.
Managing business relationships
If your enquiry leads to a client, supplier or partner relationship, we may retain your contact details for as long as necessary to manage that relationship, including correspondence, proposals and agreements.
Legal and regulatory compliance
Where required, we process personal data (such as invoicing details) to comply with our obligations under Danish law, including bookkeeping and tax legislation.
2. Legal basis for processing your personal data
We only process your personal data where we have a legal basis to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for responding to enquiries and managing day-to-day business communication.
- Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — where we have entered into, or are taking steps to enter into, an agreement with you.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for compliance with Danish bookkeeping and tax law, such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
3. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell, rent or share personal data submitted through this website with third parties. Contact form submissions are sent directly from your device to our inbox via your own email application and are not routed through, or stored on, this website or any third-party server.
Should this change in future — for example, through the use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system or an IT service provider acting on our behalf — this section will be updated to name the recipients and the safeguards in place.
4. Data subjects' rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request erasure of your personal data.
- Request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- Object to our processing of your personal data.
- Request portability of personal data you have provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the Data Controller section above.
